This talk is aimed at shedding more light on burnout, what contributes to it and what to do about it. Nik will go over issues arising specifically in entrepreneurship. He will propose actionable steps taking into the account busy entrepreneurial schedules. This event is more interactive with more time allotted to the Q&A portion. Attendees will be able to ask any relevant questions — we’re here to help!

About Nik Poplavsky
Nik is a former lawyer with several law degrees behind him. His past experiences include working at such fast-paced and stress-inducing companies as ABN Amro, Allen & Overy, Freshfields, Blakes and Deloitte. He also went through ups and downs of building a less than successful business several years ago. After burning out from such a race it took him more than a year to recover. He spent thousands of dollars on doctors, naturopaths, various other specialists, diets, supplements and research. After figuring out what works and what doesn’t, Nik is now helping entrepreneurs to prevent burnout and increase their mental performance.
